2. Service Availability and Modifications
Smart Docs Pro provides these tools completely free of charge. As such, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool, service, or feature at any time without prior notice. We do not guarantee that our website, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted.
3. User Uploads and Data Processing
When you use our tools to process files (e.g., converting PDFs, compressing images), you are uploading data to our temporary servers. You retain full ownership and copyright of any files you upload.
By uploading files, you grant us a temporary, limited license solely to perform the requested processing (e.g., format conversion). As outlined in our Privacy Policy, these files are strictly confidential and are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers shortly after processing is complete.
You agree not to upload any files that contain highly sensitive personal data, illegal content, or intellectual property that you do not have the right to process.
4. Limitation of Liability
The tools provided on Smart Docs Pro are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy in our document conversions, financial calculators, and other tools, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the absolute accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the outputs.
In no event shall Smart Docs Pro, nor its directors, employees, or developers (Nexvision Infotect Inc.), be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this website and its tools. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of business, or financial discrepancies resulting from the use of our calculators.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.
